Questions
What does the assistant say to callers?
It answers with your greeting, in your style - for example, that it is your assistant and you are unavailable - then screens the caller and takes a message or forwards them by your rules.
Can it forward specific people to me?
Yes. During setup you list the people who should reach you - family, a key client, anyone - and when they call, the assistant connects them straight to your phone. Everyone else gets a message taken.
How do I change its instructions?
Your instructions are stored in your own words on your configuration page. In this demo you set them during setup; in the live product you can update them any time and the assistant follows the new version on the next call.
What happens when my minutes run out?
On Starter, minutes beyond your 1,000 included minutes are billed at $0.20 per minute and your assistant keeps answering. Pro is unlimited - minutes are never billed. On Pay as you go, minutes cost $0.05 each against your balance. You can move to a bigger plan any time.
